- A completed pedigree form and description of horse

- A photo of the horse
- A photo for the consignor's profile
- A description of consignor for the consignor profile

FUTURITY INFORMATION AND FORMS
- To enter an eligible horse into the futurity, please click on and download the "Futurity Entry Form" pdf file. Fill in all marked boxes. Upon completion, print and mail form, along with payment, to BJ Grover.
- To enter a sire into the futurity registry, please click and download the "Sire Futurity Entry Form" pdf file. Fill in all marked boxes. Upon completion, print and mail form, along with payment, to BJ Grover.
